## 6. Selection Process

The recruitment involves five distinct stages:

  1. PET (Physical Efficiency Test): 4.8 km race (Male) / 2.4 km race (Female).

  2. PST (Physical Standard Test): Measurement of height, chest (males), and weight.

  3. Written Examination: Objective-type test (GK, Math, Reasoning, Trade subjects).

  4. Trade/Skill Test: Practical assessment of trade-specific skills.

  5. Documentation & Medical: Final verification and medical fitness check.
