## 5. Remuneration, Allowances & Financials

## 6. Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Quality Control: Monitor food production, quality, and hospitality services across mobile and static catering units.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and standard hospitality procedures.
Resource Management: Ensure proper availability of manpower and materials for assigned catering units.
Customer Care: Resolve passenger/customer issues, handle complaints effectively, collect feedback, and implement course corrections.
Maintenance & Coordination: Supervise and educate staff on the upkeep of equipment/devices; coordinate with various departments, offices, and business partners.
## 7. Application Checklist: Required Documents
Candidates must bring the completed application form (proforma from the official notification), Original Documents, one set of self-attested photocopies, and two recent passport-size photographs in the following order:
10th Class Marksheet & Certificate
12th Class Marksheet & Certificate
Graduation Documents: Year-wise/semester-wise marksheets and Degree/Provisional Certificate. (Note: IHM graduates must bring all 6 semesters' marksheets, consolidated marksheet issued by IGNOU, and the IGNOU degree/certificate).
Post-Graduation or higher academic marksheets & certificates (if applicable).
Chronological Experience Certificates (if any).
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC - OBC certificate must be for the Non-Creamy Layer and less than 1 year old).
EWS / PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
Proof of Identity & Proof of Address.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) or proper Relieving Letter (for current Government/PSU employees).
