Option 1 (Edu)B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (Full-time) from a Central/State Institute of Hotel Management (CIHM/SIHM/PIHM) affiliated to NCHM & CT / UGC / AICTE / Government of India.
Option 2 (Edu)BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under the Ministry of Tourism.
Option 3 (Edu)B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government recognized Universities affiliated to UGC / AICTE / GoI / State Govt.
Option 4 (Edu)MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) from Government recognized Universities affiliated to UGC / AICTE / GoI / State Govt.
ExperienceFreshers are eligible. Prior work experience is not mandatory.
DesirableKnowledge of computers (MS Office), preparation of reports, problem-solving, and rational decision-making abilities.

## 5. Remuneration, Allowances & Financials

Security DepositRs. 25,000/- via Demand Draft payable to IRCTC Ltd, New Delhi (To be furnished only by selected candidates)
Interview Travel (TA/DA)None. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

## 6. Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision & Quality Control: Monitor food production, quality, and hospitality services across mobile and static catering units.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and standard hospitality procedures.

  • Resource Management: Ensure proper availability of manpower and materials for assigned catering units.

  • Customer Care: Resolve passenger/customer issues, handle complaints effectively, collect feedback, and implement course corrections.

  • Maintenance & Coordination: Supervise and educate staff on the upkeep of equipment/devices; coordinate with various departments, offices, and business partners.


## 7. Application Checklist: Required Documents

Candidates must bring the completed application form (proforma from the official notification), Original Documents, one set of self-attested photocopies, and two recent passport-size photographs in the following order:

  1. 10th Class Marksheet & Certificate

  2. 12th Class Marksheet & Certificate

  3. Graduation Documents: Year-wise/semester-wise marksheets and Degree/Provisional Certificate. (Note: IHM graduates must bring all 6 semesters' marksheets, consolidated marksheet issued by IGNOU, and the IGNOU degree/certificate).

  4. Post-Graduation or higher academic marksheets & certificates (if applicable).

  5. Chronological Experience Certificates (if any).

  6. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC - OBC certificate must be for the Non-Creamy Layer and less than 1 year old).

  7. EWS / PwBD Certificate (if applicable).

  8. Proof of Identity & Proof of Address.

  9. No Objection Certificate (NOC) or proper Relieving Letter (for current Government/PSU employees).
