4. Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Requirements & Conditions |
| Nationality | Citizen of India, Subject of Nepal, or specified Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) migrated from East Africa/Pakistan/Vietnam with a Govt. eligibility certificate. (Gorkha subjects of Nepal do not require a certificate). |
| Marital Status | Unmarried male and female candidates only. Candidates cannot marry until training is fully completed; doing so leads to discharge and a refund of all training expenses. |
| Age Limit | Born not earlier than 02/01/2008 and not later than 01/01/2011 (Both dates inclusive). No upper age relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories. |
| Education: Army Wing | 12th Class pass (or appearing) of the 10+2 pattern from a recognized State Education Board/University. |
| Education: Navy, Air Force & INAC | 12th Class pass (or appearing) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern. |
| Appearing Candidates | 12th-grade appearing students are eligible but must submit pass certificates by 10/06/2027. 11th-grade students are NOT eligible. |
| CPSS/PABT (Air Force Flying) | Candidates who previously failed CPSS/PABT are permanently ineligible for the Flying Branch but can opt for Ground Duties. CPSS can only be attempted once. |

Tie-Breaking Rule: In case of equal aggregate marks, ties are broken sequentially by: (1) Higher Written Marks $\rightarrow$ (2) Higher GAT Marks $\rightarrow$ (3) Older Age $\rightarrow$ (4) Commission's discretion.
